Best Marketing Tools: Goober And The Talking Dog
By: Manuel Washington

Everyone loves Andy Griffith movies; or at least the people in that generation. This one is a classic. As far as that goes they all are! Each episode could be taught in a Sunday school class. They all have a lesson straight from the bible. When Goober thought he had a talking dog is the episode about deception. Oh, do we have examples of deceptions! You see Opie and the new kid on the block decided to trick Goober by tying a walkie talkie around his dog's neck. Now when Goober and the dog were alone and Opie and the new kid on the block were in the bushes, they would transmit voices to the dog. So now Goober thought he had a talking dog. Well, anyway you know the rest of the story. The bottom line is do we have people that are deceiving us like Opie and the new kid did Goober. You better believe we do, especially in the internet marketing world. So I guess what I need to do is reveal just a few of those deceptions to you.

Deception #1: I think the biggest internet marketing deception out there is the one that internet marketers know how to sell anything online. Nothing could be further from the truth! I guess this came about through some marketers giving you the opinion they are experts on about any subject that has to do with marketing on the internet. They pass that untruth through implying or just not saying anything and letting their clients think they know all and can do all for their business.

Deception #2: Have you ever thought you were getting a product or service but in the final end it was not what you thought it was. It happens all the time in the online business world. Is this deliberately done by the owners? Well, I can't say it is done in every case, but it sure does happen more now .They didn't outright lie to you, but they didn't tell the truth either. They left out critical details, and used words in a way that implied something entirely different from what they were really saying.

Deception #3: Some Buyers indicate that some sellers take their money and run, failing to disclose key details about the merchandise, or overstated the item's condition. When these buyers try to connect with the seller they can't be found. Be sure to check out whether you have good contact information before you buy an item. This technique is called creating a firewall around the seller so the buyer can't contact them. The method is they will lead you around in a circle hoping that you will get tired and count it a loss.

Deception #4: Bogus resumes and made-up biographies, out-of-control plagiarism, and rampant fraud against consumers; It's become an epidemic and many of the "big" names are involved. Watch out for these types of individuals. They pass themselves off as making a fortune and suggest you are going to as well. In the final end they tricked you and ran with your money. Another deception played out very well.

Let's be truthful here. This article is certainly not written by an expert that has the answer to every question or every deception in the internet marketing world. I can not even say he is a master writer and knows alot about everything. I didn't even write this article totally myself. I used a very handy article writing tool. This tool helps make me seem like an expert on topics when I really am not at all. And it is used to write articles, autoresponders, ezines, and forum post and more, and brand your name all over the internet. There you have it now; the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

In conclusion, It sure would be nice if everyone, rather than being deceitful like Opie and the new kid on the block, would just be honest like I am doing and reveal all. Oh, what a web we weave when we practice to deceive.
